◆ Sample Costs
Free Sample: For process reference use, demonstrating high customer sincerity or potential to become a key customer.
◆ Chargeable Samples
When samples require customization, we may ask the customer to cover part or all of the sample fee, clearly outlining how the fee will be addressed in subsequent orders.
◆ Courier Costs
Customer to bear the courier fee: This is common practice, especially when courier costs are high; you may choose to pay the freight.
Seller to bear the courier fee: To demonstrate cooperation sincerity, we may cover the courier fee under certain conditions, such as when the sample holds high value and the customer shows a clear intent to purchase.

To minimize the cost of trial and error for new projects, we provide a friendly starting quantity service, beginning at 1 ton for regular formulated cat litter and 5 tons for specially formulated cat litter.
